DIRECTORS
KAROLINA LICKUNAS
Founder
My name is Karolina Lickunas, and I am passionate about medicine, science research, mentoring, as well as service to my community. Hence, I aspire to be a part of the healthcare field. Outside of my academic interests, I love to play the piano and violin, sing a cappella, and teach my native language at Lithuanian School.
I strive to be an active member of my community and ensure everyone has access to opportunities to explore their interests and passions.
CLAIRE DOH

My name is Claire Doh, and I am a senior at the Holton-Arms School. I have been training in classical ballet for 13 years and am always preparing for a performance. My love of ballet has sparked a passion for learning about the workings of the human body, and from there I discovered my love of medicine!
In my free time, I love to read, make arts and crafts, and spend time with friends and family. My goal is to provide young children with the crucial education of STEM and inspire the next generation to help others and give back, all while experiencing the incredible and ever-changing world of science and medicine.
MICHELLE TAN

Hello, my name is Michelle Tan, and I am a senior at Holton-Arms! Ever since I was a child, my favorite activity was to role play as a “doctor;” it remains a core memory vital to shaping my passion today. I strive to pursue the topic of medicine and science, and I aspire to explore the healthcare field. At We Are the Future of Medicine, I hope to contribute to the mission of broadening the medical and science field. In addition to my passion, I love playing volleyball, rowing, baking, and much more!
LUCIA NOTO

Hello, my name is Lucia Noto and I am a senior at the Holton-Arms School. I am an aspiring Biomedical Engineer, have a passion for helping people in my community and I am a Community Engagement Representative at my school. In addition, I am a Tour Guide Officer for Holton-Arms and enjoy giving tours to prospective families. Outside of school, I run a nonprofit book business, host a podcast about medical careers, play violin in multiple orchestras and tutor violin to underprivileged students across the United States.
I joined WATFOM because I want to share my love for medicine with other youth in my community and hopefully inspire the next generation of change-makers in the healthcare field.
CHARLOTTE KNIGHT

My name is Charlotte Knight and I’m a junior at Holton-Arms School. I dance modern and jazz with my school dance ensemble, and practice ballet and pointe outside of school. I like to paint and read in my free time, and I especially love my cat, Zinnia. I’ve always wanted to work in the medical field, and specifically hope to become a hospital CEO. I love being a part of WATFOM to help all kids learn about medicine.

Hey! My name is Erin and I am a junior at the Holton-Arms School. In my free time, I enjoy writing, painting, and rowing. As well, I am very passionate about neuroscience and neurosurgery and would love to pursue a career in this field in the future. I'm thrilled to be a part of WATFOM, where I can share my passions with others and ignite their own curiosity. By combining my personal interests with a desire to make a positive impact in the community, I aim to use my passion for neuroscience to support and educate others who share similar interests.

My name is Lucy Berry and I am a junior at the Holton-Arms School. I am very passionate about medicine and I hope to have a career in dermatology. With my position on the WATFOM team, I hope to guide the next generation and harbor their love of medicine. I am eager to bridge the gap for underprivileged communities with little to no education in healthcare and give them opportunities to explore healthcare as a profession. Outside of academics, I enjoy creative writing and drawing as well as going out with friends, reading a good book, and going on walks.

Hi, I’m Hayden, I am a sophomore at the Holton-Arms school, and I am so excited to join the WATFOM team! I am passionate about STEM topics such as molecular biology and anatomy, and I would love to provide opportunities for other kids to explore their interests as well. Outside of school, my hobbies include singing, reading, listening to music, and hanging out with my rabbit :)

I have always had a deep passion for medicine and that passion has since evolved towards exploring the intersection of healthcare and Artificial Intelligence. Through WATFOM, I hope to create meaningful change in my community and inspire others to explore the exciting field of medicine. In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking, and listening to music.

My name is Nick Davidoff, I’m a sophomore at Landon and I enjoy reading, playing football, and lifting weights. I’ve been interested in medicine and science for as long as I can remember and I hope to pursue it as a career.

Hi! My name is Liz Adeleye. I love playing soccer, listening to music, watching reality TV, and playing video games. As a young kid, I noticed many racial disparities in healthcare and have always been passionate about achieving equality under healthcare. I aspire to become a doctor in the future and be given the privilege to make an impact inside and outside of my community.
